For customers on our new platform
If you have any problems with any of your services on our platform, you can create a support task by pressing the link "Request Support" on any page in your control panel.
If you for some reason are unable to log in to your control panel, you can create a support task by sending an email to support@webcows.se. Make sure that you include all vital information about your problem that our technicians will need to help solving the problem.
If you for some reason are unable to either create a support task in your control panel or by using email, you can call our support helpdesk during our opening hours on telephone +46(0)771 - 83 00 83.

If you have questions about how your control panel works feel free to search the information available inside your control panel.
The information can be accessed trough several PDF-files. The files can be found if you log in to your control panel and click "Help" and then "Documentation"!

To see the status of one of your support tasks, log in to your control panel, click "Help" and then "Trouble Tickets". You will be able to follow your tasks status there.
